Transage refers to a person identifying with an age that differs from their biological or chronological age. This concept appears in cultural stories like "Peter Pan," "Big," or "Freaky Friday," which explore age transformation or identity shifts. In kink spaces, the most common expression is paraphilic infantilism or adult baby play, but transage identities can include adults identifying as older children or seniors, and vice versa.
