The term tribe may be used to describe a group of people who have formed close bonds based on similar outlooks, interests, vibes, etc. Similar terms include: circle, fellowship, chosen family, house, crew, team, etc. ### Reception Some folks think non-native people using this term outside of its original context may disrespect the significance of tribal identity to indigenous peoples.
