A person who enjoys inflicting orgasms consecutively on someone until the point where the pleasure teeters on the threshold of Pleasure Pain. Pleasure Pain can take many forms, including but not limited to: - Physical pleasure pain (e.g. cramping, exhaustion or passing out from pleasure) - Emotional or mental pleasure Pain (e.g. needing more heightened states of bliss while simultaneously begging for it to end )
