Inflator

An Inflator is a dominant or controlling role in inflation-based kink or roleplay. The Inflator is the one responsible for inflating an inflatee (or multiple inflatees) using a substance all partners have agreed upon. This may include air, fluids, gas, water, or other materials depending on the scene. In this dynamic, the Inflator manages the intensity, fullness, pressure, and duration of the inflation, and may also control any restraint, bondage, or positioning involved. Their power comes from regulating the level of expansion or tightness the inflatee experiences, and from the erotic tension of pushing limits slowly, carefully, or deliberately. ### Why People Are Into It Inflators may be into: - The control of filling, expanding, or “pressurizing” a body or object. - Watching an inflatee swell, stretch, or become taut. - Guiding a partner into helplessness, immobility, or submission. This type of play is often fantasy-based, using an inflatable suit that's made of rubber or neoprene. People also achieve inflation by: - Swallowing or gulping air. - Pumping air into the stomach. - Using a hose and pump to pump air or water into the anus. - Drinking large quantities of water. - Eating large volumes of food until stretched/bloated. - Eating gas-producing and bloating combinations like lemon and baking soda or soda and Mentos. - Pumping whipped cream into the anus Note that introducing air or liquids into the anus carries the risk of water toxicity, electrolyte imbalance, and intestinal overpressure, all which could be fatal.
