Fisting

The sexual act of inserting one or more hands into a person's vagina or anus. In some ways related to stretching it is meant to give a feeling of someone being very deep inside a person and / or a stretching sensation into the vagina or anus. This combined with lots of lube can make this safer and more sustainable.
