Devil

The Devil is usually a role where someone takes on the part of a tempter or corrupter. The focus is on leading another person into “bad,” forbidden, or taboo behavior as part of play. Someone playing the Devil may use teasing, manipulation, lies, or promises to get what they want. The power comes more from psychological control than physical force. The Devil often enjoys pushing boundaries, encouraging guilt or shame, and making the submissive feel like they chose to fall into temptation. This role is often playful or dramatic and may be part of roleplay, humiliation, fear play, or mind games. It commonly uses religious or fantasy themes, but it does not have to. Because the role can be emotionally intense, clear consent and limits are important.
