Dacryphilia is a sexual kink or fetish marked by arousal from crying. The person may be aroused by seeing tears, hearing sobs, or both. Some people are turned on by their own crying, while others are turned on by others' crying. ### Why People Are Into It Dacryphilia can be about voyeurism (watching someone cry), masochism (their own crying), or sadism (seeing or causing others to cry).
