Ballooning

Ballooning is the intentional inflation of a body part (such as the scrotum or foreskin) with air or fluid, causing it to expand or “balloon” in appearance. This act falls under inflation kink or body modification. Ballooning creates a temporary swelling or balloon-like effect. Some people love the look of body parts expanding, or the sensation of stretching. Note that this type of play can carry risk of infection, tissue damage, or air embolism and is therefore considered a form of advanced edgeplay.
