Age Dreaming

Age dreaming is a headspace or fantasy where someone imagines themselves as a younger age, usually for comfort, play, or relaxation. It is voluntary and works like daydreaming — you can slip in and out at will. Those who enjoy childish behavior, such as playing with toys, wearing children's clothing styles, or indulging in nostalgia usually use this term. Think of it as a willingness to engage in childish things into adulthood. People might “age dream” to tap into feelings of innocence, safety, or carefree fun. Its typically and mainly used as a nonsexual term but can be sexual, depending on the person.
